Sportingwork, with the motto “Sport is our business”, was established on the way to become an event and tourism center aiming to unite the people of the world through sports, health, education ,culture and particularly basketball. The center, which was established in 2017 with the combination of experience, trust and stability, has started to take firm steps towards becoming one of the world's leading centers in the international arena.
Today, Istanbul Complex is home to many local and foreign basketball teams' camps. This brand, which has become an increasingly recognized performance center with sports events where international friendship tournaments are held, has become the masterpiece of Sportingwork brand. While hosting the basketball teams of Middle East, North Africa and Balkan countries, it has started to host national basketball teams of USA, Europe and Far East countries in recent years. The teams, coached by NBA stars, visited Istanbul Complex frequently and started to organize overnight camps within this center.
The center, which is supported by tourism investor Adalet Turan and which is on the way becoming a worldwide known brand, was established in 2017 with the contributions of the tourism professional Faik Ersoy. Faik Ersoy has been working in the field of sport tourism for more than 20 years. Faik Ersoy, the first name that comes to mind in sports tourism, continues to actively support international sports organizations. The five-star hotel within Istanbul Complex and the smart basketball court with a total capacity of 1500 spectators as part of this hotel are designed to be the best example of tourism and sports cooperation. The area, which is also suitable for performing arts and organizations, has been adapted to sound transmission by providing acoustic satisfaction.
Sportingwork, which has been working for the development of national sports teams since 1999, aims to expand the unifying power of sport by organizing various tournaments and games. It aims to be a center that protects and develops the values of both our country and the world in the fields of education, health, culture and sports, and to create a global brand in this way. Sportingwork’s target is to be the biggest sports, education and health tourism represantative in Turkey as an activity center where accommodation, education, workshop activities are held together with sports competitions and tournaments.
